Meet Aubrey

Aubrey started skating when she was 11 years old. In 9 ½ years of skating, she has explored a variety of disciplines in both major figure skating organizations in the United States: the United States Figure Skating Association (USFSA) and the Ice Sports Industry (ISI). She competed in Theatre on Ice for 3 years, where her team took home the bronze medal at the 2019 Theatre on Ice National Championships in the Open category. Since starting college three years ago, she has been coaching Learn-to-Skate classes at rinks in and around Boston, Massachusetts.

Aubrey offers a unique perspective on figure skating. Despite dedicating the better part of the last decade to the sport, she never went down the elite route and her journey has been largely recreational. She understands what it means to skate for the joy of the sport and wants to share that love with you. Growing up in a single-parent household—and now skating as a college student— she understands the financial burden the sport can have on families and strives to share hacks for skating on a budget.
